1. Information we collect
We collect account details such as your name, email address, organization membership, and authentication information. We also process business settings, service areas, operating hours, integration status, usage limits, and billing-related records.
When Deskuvo handles a call, we may process caller phone numbers, recordings, transcripts, timestamps, caller-provided names and addresses, service requests, appointment details, call outcomes, quality measurements, and delivery logs. The business using Deskuvo is responsible for providing any legally required call-recording notice and obtaining consent.
2. How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, operate the receptionist, route and transcribe calls, check availability, create appointments, send confirmations, synchronize calendars, calculate usage, enforce safety limits, prevent fraud, troubleshoot failures, and improve reliability.
3. Service providers and integrations
We disclose only the information needed to providers that help deliver the service, including telephony, speech processing, calendar, authentication, hosting, and messaging providers. Connected services receive data according to the actions you authorize and their own privacy terms.
4. Cookies and local storage
Deskuvo currently uses essential browser storage to maintain authentication, secure sessions, remember the cookie notice, and preserve necessary product settings. We do not currently use optional advertising or analytics cookies. You can clear stored choices in your browser.
5. Retention and deletion
Call and transcript data is retained according to the workspace retention setting, legal requirements, security needs, and active legal holds. Operational logs may be kept as needed to prevent duplicate actions, investigate incidents, and maintain financial records. Workspace owners may request deletion, subject to legal and contractual obligations.
6. Security
We use access controls, organization-level isolation, encrypted connections, restricted credentials, audit records, and other safeguards designed to protect information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, object to, or delete personal information. Workspace administrators control business call records and should be contacted first for caller-data requests.
8. Contact
For privacy questions or requests, contact Deskuvo through the support channel associated with your account. We may verify your identity and authority before acting on a request.
