1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter a contract and authorized to act for the business using Deskuvo. You are responsible for accurate account information, secure credentials, authorized users, and all activity in your workspace.
2. The service
Deskuvo can answer calls, collect caller information, apply configured pricing and service-area rules, check availability, hold appointment times, synchronize calendars, send messages, and report usage. Availability depends on connected providers, network conditions, account funding, and correct configuration.
3. Your responsibilities
You control the instructions, diagnostic fee, operating hours, service area, escalation contacts, notices, and connected accounts. You must comply with telemarketing, call-recording, privacy, messaging, employment, consumer-protection, and industry laws that apply to your use.
You may not use Deskuvo for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, discriminatory, dangerous, or privacy-invasive activity; to impersonate others; to place unauthorized automated calls or messages; or to interfere with the service.
4. Automated decisions and human review
Voice AI can misunderstand callers or encounter provider failures. You remain responsible for reviewing important appointments, emergency escalations, customer commitments, and business decisions. Do not rely on the service as an emergency dispatch system.
5. Fees, Fair Use & Commercial Scope
Paid features, provider charges, taxes, limits, and renewal terms are presented when purchased or configured. Usage and safety controls reduce risk but do not guarantee that every charge or unwanted call will be prevented. You are responsible for maintaining sufficient funds with connected providers.
Deskuvo plans are designed for normal commercial operations of a single-location business, covering up to 1,500 inbound voice minutes per monthly billing cycle. This flat-rate plan does not cover automated telemarketing, high-volume outbound robocalling, or multi-seat call centers.
If an account consistently exceeds 1,500 minutes in a billing period, Deskuvo will work with the business owner to transition to an enterprise pooled rate without abrupt disconnections or hidden fees.
6. Intellectual property
Deskuvo and its software, branding, and documentation remain ours or our licensors'. You retain rights in your business content and grant us the limited rights needed to process it and provide the service.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend access to protect callers, customers, providers, or the service; respond to legal requirements; address unpaid charges; or stop prohibited use. You may stop using the service at any time, subject to outstanding obligations and retention requirements.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect transcripts, successful third-party delivery, or a specific business result. To the extent permitted by law, Deskuvo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the service or account contact details. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
10. Contact
Questions about these terms may be sent through the support channel associated with your Deskuvo account.
